As investment banker Pierre Heidebroek has carried out over 90 major Privatization and Corporate Finance transactions in Central and Eastern Europe over the last 12 years.

Prior to founding the Marlagne Capital Advisors in2005 , he was for 4 years managing director of the corporate finance arm of Meinl Bank AG in Vienna ( 2001-2004) and for 6 years the Director at Raiffeisen Investment AG, responsible for execution of all major privatization and M&A transactions of this firm (1995-2000).

Mr. Heidebroek has been active in the region since 1991, when he became advisor to the Bulgarian Government. He has since worked throughout emerging Europe, including Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia , The Russian Federation, and various Central Asian ex-Soviet republics. His industry specialties include energy, Utilities, heavy -industry, and the financial sector. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Bulgarian.
